General information for submitting an application

BEIJING 2009 AEROPEX has released the revised prospectus for exhibitors with the "Special Regulations for BEIJING 2009 AEROPEX", the document Beijing-2009-Aeropex-regulations-REVISED.pdf can be viewed and downloaded here .

The most important change of the revised version of the "Special Regulations for BEIJING 2009 AEROPEX" is that now ALL airmail collectors from all over the world are invited and eligible for submitting an application for BEIJING 2009 AEROPEX. A membership in a club or society affiliated with FISA is no longer required.

If your aerophilatelic exhibit has received a Vermeil medal on a national level exhibition and if you are member of an airmail society, then you are eligible to submit a provisional application. Deadline for provisional applications is October 10, 2009, by that day all provisional applications must have been received by the National Commissioners and the Organizing Committee. Please see the aforementioned "Special Regulations for BEIJING 2009 AEROPEX" for details as well as for additional information and regulations.

The procedure of submitting a provisional application for BEIJING 2009 AEROPEX is really very simple:

Either.... Fill out the online application form and submit your provisional application data online. This will take not more then 60 seconds and is a complete paperless application. You will receive a confirmation email with all your transmitted information. The online application form starts right after this chapter.

Or.... Further down on this page you find the chapter for the traditional way of submitting a provisional application: Submitting your provisional application by postal service. You can download the Entry Form, print the form out on your printer at home and send the filled-out form by postal service to your National Commissioner or to the Organizing Committee.

The Organizing Committee BEIJING 2009 AEROPEX will accept or deny the provisional applications by October 20, 2009. In case that your exhibit was accepted, you re-confirm your information and accept the decission from the Organizing Committee. Your provisional application is becomming then your final application.

Please read the "Special Regulations for BEIJING 2009 AEROPEX" for details as well as for additional information and regulations: These "Special Regulations for BEIJING 2009 AEROPEX" are the basis for submitting an application. When you have read and understood these regulations, start filling out this form. If you have submitted your provisional application online, you do not have to submit a printed version. Once you have received your confirmation email, your provisional application was successfully submitted!

Please note, that you have to apply through your National Commissioner. If you do not know, who your National Commissioner is or if you are from a country witout a National Commissioner, then you are eligible to submit your application here. You are also eligible to submit your application online if you submit your application through the German Commissioner.
